Paul and Sigi can offer you full, complete service for your project, starting with the building and plumbing permits, MOE permit and electrical inspection and layout. 
We are able to handle all the paperwork for you so you don't have to worry about a thing. We will even view your lot with you and make recommendations for placement of your home so that you get that bright morning sunshine streaming in exactly where you want it.

The foundation can be arranged by us as well, so when your Viceroy package is delivered, we will be ready to start construction.  
The driveway, any backfilling required, well and septic can all be handled through us so that your building project is coordinated with maximum efficiency and your project will be kept on schedule.

After your Viceroy shell is erected, we can complete your home to a turn key situation so all you need to do is move in.  The following can be accomplished after the shell is done:

1. Mechanical: electrical, plumbing and heating - this way you have the heating system that you want - oil?, propane?; central vac or central air; a Jacuzzi in the ensuite?? The choices are yours.
2. Drywall and insulation
3. Bathroom fixtures and vanities, counter tops
4. Kitchen fixtures and cupboards, counter tops
5. Floor coverings
6. Light fixtures
7. Security systems, alarms
8. Special wiring required for stereo systems, etc.
9. Boat houses, docks, garages

These items can be completed according to your instructions so you have all those finishing touches that will make your home special to you. Any items not included in the Viceroy Package are handled through our construction companies on a separate contract so that you can plan your budget and there are no surprises during your project.

Our builders are registered and we offer Ontario New Home Warranty Protection on all our new homes.
